Delivery Information

• We offer free delivery on every order above N10, 000 within the Lagos Metropolis; otherwise you will be charged an additional N500 for delivery within Lagos.
• Orders will only be delivered to the identified person whose name appears on the order invoice.
• For orders outside Lagos, PC Planet ships via DHL to provide expedited services. This service comes with a cost.
 
The following issues may delay the delivery of your package:
a.  Incorrect shipping address
b.  Shipping address does not match billing address
c.   Payment delay or credit/debit card verification issues
d.   Carrier failure to deliver (i.e. severe weather conditions)


Additional Shipping Information


• Priority next business day delivery is available upon request when orders come in before 12 noon. Additional fees apply.
PC Planet currently delivers to addresses within and outside Nigeria.
• DHL Standard Overnight may not be available to all locations. DHL Priority Overnight is usually delivered next business morning, but is contingent on location. To confirm the guaranteed delivery time for your zip code, please contact PC Planet or DHL.
• Most packages that are shipped from PC Planet require a signature at delivery, but some packages may be left at the delivery address without a signature. If you have any questions related to this policy, please contact PC Planet prior to your order shipping.
• If the merchandise ordered appears to be damaged in shipping, it is best to refuse the package and request the carrier return it to the shipper. After refusing a damaged product, please notify PC Planet at care@pcplanet.com. Upon notification of refusal of a damaged product, PC Planet will immediately ship a replacement. If you knowingly accept a damaged package, please make sure our delivery team notes the damage in their scanner or on the manifest and notify PC Planet at care@pcplanet.com if you accept a package and later discover damage, please contact us immediately at care@pcplanet.com. PC Planet must be notified of all claims related to shipping damage at care@pcplanet.com within 7 days of the shipping date. When we are notified of shipping damage within 7 days of the shipping date, PC Planet will arrange for inspection. To help expedite a claim related to shipping damage, please provide PCPlanet with pictures of the damage. Due to shipping company restrictions, if PCPlanet is notified of shipping damage more than 7 days from when the order ships, we may not be able to offer an exchange or credit for the damaged item.
• All delivery refusals must be reported to PC Planet. Deliveries refusals are subject to a 15% return processing fee (depending on the item) and no credit for the freight charges
