Product Specification 

With support for up to 75 access points and up to 1000 clients, the Aironet 2504 Wireless LAN Controller from Cisco is designed to handle small to medium size enterprise installations. Setup is simple, as this controller comes equipped with dual PoE-compliant Ethernet ports and support for Cisco Application Visibility and Control technology offering enhanced networking features including deep packet inspection, enhanced QoS services, and more.

Once configured, the Aironet 2504 Controller supports the 802.11ac Wi-Fi network standard along with support for the 802.3/3u routing standard. Connected clients can also take advantage of WEP and AES encryption as well as a myriad of additional security standards to keep the network secure. The Aironet 2504 is designed for use with the Cisco Wireless Control System and works seamlessly with Cisco Aironet Access Points. In addition to the Cisco Wireless Control System, admins can also utilize both a web based interface or a command-line interface to manage the network.
