We offer free live technical support sessions where you can interact with any of our support agents via a live chat console, phone call or email to diagnose your device and provide first level support.

Our support agent will log a pick-up request ticket and our logistics team will retrieve the device from your specified pick-up location.
On- Site Support
Our qualified agents are always available should you need engineer to site services to resolve issues ranging from Laptops Desktops, Smartphones, Workstation server, to Printing problems.

Extended Warranty Service
We provide extended warranty services at a very competitive rate. This means that we will provide you with the quality support as provided by your manufacturer even years after the expiry of your manufacturer's original warranty.

A job card will be given to you at the point of submitting your device.
A job sign-off form will be given to you at the point of retrieving your device.
Before submitting your device for service, be sure to remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information.
PC Planet understands that your data may be valuable to you. Data loss during service is always a possibility, and in some cases, data may be unrecoverable, erased, or reformatted during service. For this reason, it is your sole responsibility to back up all existing data, software, and programs, and to erase all existing data before receiving services. PC Planet Limited is not responsible for loss, recovery, or compromise of data, programs arising out of the services provided by her or its partners.
Information on Service
During the service ordering process you must provide a description of the issue that is affecting your product, so that PC Planet resource understands and may act on it.
PC Planet Limited will service your device as described on your job card.
PC Planet does not provide refunds for service orders.
PC Planet Limited shall have no liability for altered or damaged Software and operating system.
If service is needed due to failure of parts that are not original to the product or due to damage caused by abuse, misuse or any external cause, PC Planet reserves the right to charge additional costs for services incurred.
For all service orders, PC Planet Limited warrants that services provided will have thirty (30) days warranty from the date of service.
You are required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving warranty service.
Support is provided free of charge during the warranty period (T&C applies). A per-incident charge applies after the warranty period.
Standard support hours are handled during normal working hours, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time excluding all public holidays.
Repair turnaround times may be affected by parts availability circumstances.
